This workshop series offers a grounded and immersive exploration of the Huna principles through movement, meditation and contemporary application. Each session is experiential and restorative, welcoming both beginners and those already on a spiritual or healing path.
Rooted in ancient Hawaiian philosophy, Huna presents simple yet profound principles for living with clarity, balance and inner strength. Across the series, these principles are explored in a practical context , from relationships and wellbeing to work, decision-making and personal growth.
Each session moves beyond theory, combining discussion, gentle movement, reflection and guided meditation to bring the teachings into lived experience.

You will gain tools to shift perspective, direct your energy and move through life with greater calm, awareness and ease.
You are invited to follow the principles that resonate most, attending individual sessions or experiencing the full series as you choose.
Each workshop includes:
An introduction to the principle of the day
Practical ways to apply it in everyday life
Simple tools to shift perspective and thought patterns
Application across relationships, wellbeing and personal purpose
Gentle movement (“flying”) exercises inspired by Huna practices
Reflection and guided group discussion
A short restorative yoga or relaxation practice
Guided meditation to integrate the principle
Optional Reiki support during meditation
Light refreshments
Participants leave with practical insights and accessible practices to carry into daily life.
