    Mandi, a Reiki Master since 2010, has been practicing since 2004 and can attune you to each level of Reiki. By receiving these attunements, you will connect more directly with universal energy, allowing you to channel it to others with their permission.

    Level I Reiki: Focuses on self-healing and awareness of your true self. You’ll also learn to transfer Reiki energy to others.

    Level II Reiki: Deepens your connection with your Higher Self and introduces distance healing, enabling you to send healing energy through intention.

    Level III Reiki - Reiki Master/Teacher: This advanced level enhances your energy vibration, allowing you to assist others more effectively in their healing. Completion of Levels I and II, along with a period of integration, is required. You will also gain the ability to attune others to Reiki.

Guided Healing Mindful Meditation

One-on-One / Small Groups
This guided healing meditation can be conducted as a one-on-one session or in small groups. We will use the breath to deepen our focus and connect inward, allowing us to release distractions and quiet the "monkey mind." We will explore the chakras to clear blockages and invite healing from our Higher Self, with particular emphasis on opening the heart.

This meditation process fosters acceptance and the ability to let go. In a meditative state, your entire body relaxes, especially your endocrine system, leading to reduced stress and anxiety. Participants often find themselves feeling calmer and more at peace. By quieting mental chatter, you create space for more creative and productive thoughts.
