A quick story.
Yesterday I was walking with Marlee at a quick pace. Up ahead I saw a feather floating down. As we walked past, I put my hand out, keeping my same pace ("Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride") and it landed in my hand.
Now, it does not matter whether you believe in signs or symbols, this is about being in the moment.
Manawa: Now is the moment of Power. Be here!
Personally, I find it difficult to be fully present, I am often thinking of this and that and planning, did I do this, should I do that? blah blah blah!
At that moment.. I was there. It was early, fresh breeze before the heat of the day, the light was sparkly, the maggies were warbling... it was lovely.
