bookings and cancellations

By making a booking with us you accept and agree to the relevant booking conditions, cancellation, amendment and no show policy below. Please have a read.
Please arrive just prior to your appointment time so we can settle you in. Please note all bookings are completed within the allocated appointment times and we cannot extend your appointment if you are late.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. If you are unable to make your booking please let us know as soon as you can so we are able to offer our time to another guest.
We do require 24 hour notice of cancellation or amendment or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations, amendments or no shows on the day of appointment a 100% cancellation fee applies.
