THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

KAHUNA MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Also known as Hawaiian Temple Style massage. This is a truly unique full body massage where the therapist uses flowing movements of their hands, forearms and elbows, working with energy and music while applying soft and deep tissue massage and gentle stretching techniques. Full and under-body strokes are used to help bring the body back into its correct rhythm and balance. This beautiful massage provides a holistic approach to healing by balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions. We would all like a little holiday from the busyness of life! Restorative Yoga is the way to obtain the feeling of this without the expense or time. By utilising yoga poses in a supportive and gentle way, we work our meridians, muscles and organs to harmonise and let go of stress. This in turn gives space for our body to calm and be still. The flow on effect is for our minds to relax and let go of that frenetic way of being! Then we have space in our mind for real creativity.
Restorative Yoga is about “opening” rather than stretching. There are the benefits of slight stretching without straining. We are always coming back to the breath.
All this is to support the body by the use of props (bolsters / blankets / blocks etc - which Mandi brings to you) whilst in a position of comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. These “supports” adapt to each person without them having to “fit” into a specific poses. It is for all ages and levels of fitness.

guided heavenly HEALING MINDFUL MEDITATION - One on one / small groups *
This is a guided healing mindful mediation which can be done as a one on one session or a small group. We will use the breath to focus deeper and deeper to go within. This will allow us to let go of distractions and “monkey mind”. We will delve into the chakras to clear blockages. Allowing the healing bring in awareness from our Higher Self. Particular focus is on opening the heart. This process of meditation is one of acceptance and allowing what is, then letting go. When you are in a meditative state your whole body system relaxes. Particularly your endocrine system. This will reduce stress, anxiety and will generally leave you feeling more calm and at peace. You will also have quietened the mind chatter which will enable you to be freer to be open to creative and productive thoughts. What will you create?

Your Astrology Chart is like a blue print of your life this time around. The difference being is that this is a guide. You have freewill; you make the choice which way you will go in this dualistic world.
For this treatment, prior booking is absolutely essential, name, date, place and time of birth is required beforehand. We will discuss with you the different traits you have and cover the areas of your life, career, relationships, finance etc. You are able to take notes or record what is said and you will also receive an email of a general description of your “House Placements”. Your specifics will be discussed in the “Cuppa and Catch up with Mandi”. This is a great session to have for your own awareness and information and on your girls weekend getaway, Hen’s weekends, couples … oh … whomever!
