We make all the product used in our body treatments and facials from all natural ingredients including ground grape seeds from one of our finest local vineyards and hunter valley olive oil. Making a Booking  To enable us to look after you in the best possible way and to try to avoid the disappointment of not being able to provide the treatment you require, please book your treatments at the time of making your hotel reservation.    Please call Sally on 0438 010 359 to organise your appointment or book with reception.    All treatments are subject to the availability of Qualified Therapists.    Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations.

Your Booking  To maximize the benefits of your massage or treatment please arrive just prior to your confirmed time.  All treatments are completed during the scheduled time.    Please be aware if you arrive late your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed.    At the time of booking you will be asked to supply your credit card details to secure your booking and to cover any cancellation fees. These details are kept strictly confidential and will be deleted upon arrival for your treatment.

Cancellation & Amendments  If you are unable to make your booking please let us know as soon as you can so we are able to offer our time to another guest.     We do require 24 hours notice of cancellation or amendment or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.  For cancellations on the day of appointment a 100% cancellation fee applies.
