Making a Booking  To enable us to look after you in the best possible way and to try to avoid the disappointment of not being able to provide the treatment you require, please book your treatments at the time of making your hotel reservation.  Please call Sally on 0438 010 359 to organise your appointment.    All treatments are subject to the availability of Qualified Therapists.    Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations.

Your Booking  To maximze the benefits of your massage or treatment please arrive just prior to your confirmed time.  All treatments are completed during the scheduled time.  Please be aware if you arrive late your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellation  If you are unable to make your booking please let us know as soon as you can so we are able to offer our time to another guest.     We do require 24 hours notice of cancellation or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.  For a cancellation within 2 hrs of appointment the full treatment fee will be charged.
